Josh H. Kardisch
Josh H. Kardisch, Esq., is the senior partner and chief trial attorney at Kardisch Law Group. He has been representing individuals and businesses before State and Federal courts and administrative agencies nationwide for nearly 30 years. Mr. Kardisch litigates matters involving personal injury from hazardous products, toxic substances, defective sidewalk/roadway conditions, animal attacks and the negligent operation of motor vehicles; insurance coverage; labor and employment, and; business disputes. Mr. Kardisch also advises clients on workplace practices and programs designed to curtail litigation and he negotiates and prepares business-related documents, such as employment handbooks, severance packages, non-compete clauses/restrictive covenants and partnership dissolution agreements.
Mr. Kardisch graduated from the Boston University School of Law in 1984. In law school and subsequent training, he focused on oral advocacy and trial practice. Between 1985 and 1996, Mr. Kardisch was an associate and a partner at Rivkin Radler & Kremer, a highly reputable national firm, where he handled pesticide, lead and asbestos exposure, environmental, product liability, insurance, commercial and labor and employment litigation at the trial and appellate levels for small through Fortune 500 companies. He also coordinated activity of local counsel throughout the United States and participated in the firm’s administration as a member of the Hiring Committee. Mr. Kardisch founded and was a name partner in a general litigation firm between 1996 and 2002. He has lectured and published extensively in his areas of concentration, and is a member of the International Product Safety & Liability Prevention Association and the Nassau County Bar Association Speaker’s Bureau and the Labor & Employment Committee. Mr. Kardisch is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
