Per Diem Attorney
Daniella S. Pessah is a per diem attorney and handles all types of court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, EBTS and any other per diem needs primarily in Nassau County. When she moved to Long Island from NYC, attorneys from her prior law firms asked her to appear on their Long Island cases. From that, she started her own business and has picked up numerous clients along the way.
Prior to her per diem practice, Ms. Pessah handled all types of litigation cases from inception through trial. She frequently interacted and negotiated with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel and Judges to resolve disputes and litigation issues. She formulated strategies to best serve the client and obtained favorable results, which she continues to do as a per diem attorney.
Ms. Pessah received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1998 where she completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Program (NITA). She received her B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University in 1995, where she was on the Dean’s List. She is currently a volunteer for the Admissions Committee at Binghamton University.
Ms. Pessah was admitted to the New York bar in 1999 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
