Craig D. Bloom
Mr. Bloom graduated from SUNY-Buffalo (B.S.) in 1999, Hofstra University School of Law (J.D.) in 2002, and Hofstra University, Frank G. Zarb School of Business (M.B.A.) in 2004. Prior to completing his M.B.A., Mr. Bloom was an analyst at Goldin Associates, L.L.C., where he supported the work of Harrison J. Goldin as court-appointed Examiner in the Enron bankruptcy.
Mr. Bloom primarily represents physicians and other healthcare providers in matters involving employment agreements, restrictive covenants, group practice break-ups, hospital medical staff privileges, investigations by licensing authorities, and disputes with insurance companies. He is also experienced in representing healthcare providers in managed care and government payor billing audits and appeals, as well as clients involved in general commercial litigation and business related transactions
