Bruce E. Ritter is a Shareholder in the New York office of Larsson & Scheuritzel. Born New York, N.Y., November 14, 1961; admitted to bar, 1990, New York (not admitted in Pennsylvania). EDUCATION: State University of New York at Binghamton (B.A., with honors, 1983); Brooklyn Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1987). Member, Moot Court Honor Society; National Trial Advocacy Team. Member: New York State Bar Association, including the Real Property Law and Environmental Law Sections, and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Bruce has over 20 years experience as an attorney with his focus primarily on commercial real property transactions including leasing, sales, acquisitions and other commercial real estate matters, many of those matters involve complex transactions.
Prior to joining Larsson & Scheuritzel, Bruce held in-house counsel positions with two national retailers and a national quick service restaurant company in addition to private law firm experience in Manhattan. Bruce served on the board of a New York not-for-profit company providing education and special needs services to children for over ten years. In September, 2010, Bruce served as a Moderator for the Nassau County Bar Association’s CLE Seminar entitled “Improving The Performance of Your Law Firm.” In October, 2011, Bruce served as a Workshop Coordinator and Co-Facilitator for the International Council of Shopping Centers Law Conference entitled “Dollar$ & Sense: Attacking Both Sides of the Coin.”
